On Monday 26th April 2021, at 7:45 pm, the Archdiocese of Edinburgh and St Andrews will host a talk (via Zoom) entitled Exterminating Poverty, or the Poor? A Scottish Doctor’s story. In it, Mark and Neil Sutherland will talk about their book, Exterminating Poverty: The true story of the eugenic plan to get rid of the poor, and the Scottish doctor who fought against it.
