The Tenets of the C.B.C.

The tenets of the CBC prove the negative eugenic agenda behind Dr Marie Stopes’ Mothers’ Clinic and promotion of birth-control. Article 16 shows that Stopes did not want to give all woman choice, but to give choice only to the “right” women. The others would be prevented from having children.
